Is Empowercosmetics.com a secure site?
Yes, Empowercosmetics.com is a 100% secure site. Empower Cosmetics takes online security very seriously. Our Web site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to transmit your credit card information from a secure Web page to a secure application on our server.
SSL goes into effect at the very onset of the checkout phase, starting with the LOGIN page. We encrypt the entire transaction - login/password, customer billing/shipping information, shipping method, credit card number, etc. - to give our users total privacy when ordering online. If you see an unbroken key or locked padlock at the bottom of your browser window, and https: in the location window at the top of your browser, you know you're visiting a secured page. Credit card numbers are securely encrypted and stored on our secure database servers until the order has been processed in our main data environment.
How can I track my order?
Orders will arrive within 5-10 business days of the order date. Canada Post's online tracking tool allows you to use the tracking number from your mailing label or receipt to access tracking information and confirm the delivery of your item.

What is your return and exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an Empower Cosmetics product, please contact your Empower Consultant or Head Office. You may return your product within 30 days from date of order and it will be exchanged for another product of equal value, or money back.

What are your shipping rates?
Regular delivery is $10.00 for orders under $100.00 and 10% of the order subtotal if it's over $100.00. US and International Shipping rates calculated at time of order (subject to change).
Do you charge sales tax?
By law, Empower must charge GST/HST of the province of the customer's billing address.
Shipments delivered to First Nations Land and Individual's with a Status card # will not be charged GST/HST or PST. Status Card # must be on order form and the shipping address must be on First Nations Land.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, extra charges will apply.

How Do I enrol for Empowership?
When you add to cart any product on the Empower Cosmetics website you will be asked if you would like to add this product to Empowership. You can also change or modify your Empowership selection during the checkout process. Empowership is only available when your order is at a minimum of $50.00 per shipping period.
Is shipping included?
No, you will be charged regular shipping rates for your Empowership.
How often will my product be shipped?
You can choose to select the frequency, every 30, 60, or 90 days. This frequency selection is done on the second step of the checkout process. Shipping dates are the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month, your order must be in by the Friday prior to shipping dates, at 4:00PM.
How can I cancel or change my Empowership order?
Simply login to your account and under the Empowership link on the top right corner you can cancel or modify your order at any time.
